Privacy notice

This notice is issued by Balkar Otomotiv as data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

What we collect

The name, phone number, vehicle details and message you enter in our forms. You send the message to us yourself via WhatsApp. The details from the "Sell your car" and "Pre-order" forms are also stored on our server so that we can get back to you, and are deleted automatically after 180 days; photos you optionally add to the "Sell your car" form are saved without location data and deleted automatically after 30 days. The details of the appointment form and the text of messages opened through the WhatsApp buttons on the site (e.g. the car you ask about, a finance calculation) are also stored on our server so that we can follow up your request, and are deleted automatically after 180 days; your name and phone number are not stored for the WhatsApp buttons.

Why we use it

To answer your request and handle buying, selling, trade-in, pre-orders (car search) and appointments. Your data is not shared with third parties for marketing.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed and request its correction or deletion. Contact us through the channels on our contact page.

Cookies and map

Our site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Google Maps is embedded on our pages to show our location; the map is loaded from Google and is subject to Google's own privacy policy.
